PFC is a premier soccer club and attracts players from many different communities such as Shaker, Cleveland Heights, Orange, Twinsburg, Pepper Pike, Hunting Valley, etc.
Where
Note that this year the try-outs will take place at the Multiplex which
is different from previous years (click Field Locations link for directions).
When
Try-out times for each age group are posted on the
Latest Forms section on the right (or click
Try-out times).
Note that if a player arrives mid-season,
please contact Director of Coaching to see if there is a roster opening on a team.
Can't make the try-out date?
Try-outs are mandatory, but if you have an unchangeable conflict, contact the Try-out
coordinator, Julie Agar at JulieAgar@sbcglobal.net. Exceptions will only be permissible
for legitimate reasons such as illness, injury, family event: wedding, funeral, etc.
What to bring
-Soccer Ball
-Water bottle (labeled)
-Email confirmation of try-out registration
-(no fee since PFC try-out is free)
What to wear
-Indoor soccer shoes since try-out is at Multiplex
-Shin guards inside your socks
-T-shirt & Shorts (coaches need to see your legs and feet so don't wear long pants)
-No jewelry
Time of arrival
Please arrive 30 minutes before your try-out. Kids who have transitioned into a try-out mode
always do better.
To eliminate all evaluation bias, players are evaluated by number, and not by name, and some of the coaches who evaluate them are outside coaches who do not know them.

You should receive an email confirmation that you should print out and bring to the try-outs at the Multiplex (if you do not pre-register via this website prior to the day of the try-out, you need to register in person at the try-out.
